- Masks must be worn at all times inside the building, and we request that you wear one whenever interacting closely with one of our staff members.
- When you arrive for your pet’s appointment and wish to remain curbside, please call the office at (518) 885-2550, and let us know your pet’s name, credit card information, and your car model and color or if you are parked in a designated numbered parking spot. If you do not wish to remain curbside for Dr appointments, you are welcome to come inside to check in!
- We are allowing two people inside the hospital per pet.
- We are continuing curbside service for tech appointments, surgery and boarding Admissions, and for pharmacy and food pick-ups.
